[ros-dev] Enabling themes in 3rd stage

They look great (especially the Basic Lite one :)) I'm guessing a smaller start icon would reduce the taskbar size?

An option to select a theme in second stage gets my vote.
Perhaps allow 4 default choices (3 and classic). The 2nd stage dialog could then be divided into 4 equal parts and each part contains a selectable image of the theme.

To make basic lite look better needs to substitute its fonts with some we already have.
