but the final download address is

the normal one redirects to
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/miranda/miranda-im/0.10.27.0/miranda-im-v0.10.27-unicode.exe?r=&ts=1421628576&use_mirror=softlayer-ams
the final download address is
http://garr.dl.sourceforge.net/project/miranda/miranda-im/0.10.27.0/miranda-im-v0.10.27-unicode.exe

The downloaded files had the exact same size though.
