[ros-dev] Planned services downtime

[Pierre Schweitzer]

The following services are now back online:
-> SVN server (+ ViewVC)
-> git server (+ gitweb)
-> buildmaster
Please report if there's anything wrong when using them.

Currently, SVN server is RO. It will be back RW when ISO upload is back 
available.
