[ros-dev] Server upgrade next Friday

Hi,

Here is an exhaustive list of affected services for ReactOS end-users
and developers:
- Fisheye 
- Jira
- Main DNS
- Experimental ReactOS sites

All the other ReactOS services (for example ReactOS site, SVN) will be
up and running.
