[ros-dev] Monthly meeting rescheduled

Hello.

I moved to England for summer job. Currently I have very slow connection (1.8KB/s is best I got so far) and because of that I might not be able to join the meeting. Guy from ISP promised to install new connection, but you know with those promises...
