You don't need all of that.

Here's what TinyKRNL 2 used:

freeldr (ntldr)
ntoskrnl
hal
bootvid
kdcom
fastfat
ramdisk
kbdclass
i8042prt
ntdll
smss

And then a native app to launch (configured by registry)
