[ros-dev] 2nd Boot Regional Settings Crash

Hi!
Did anyone notices this? I think someone on IRC tried to point this
out to me.....

Tested: rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL input.dll
from the cmd line and it works.
