The IRC system is still designed to use one-time passwords, so all 
participants will receive new passwords just before the meeting. 
Shouldn't be any less comfortable though, because you have to copy-paste 
the password from some mail anyway.

In short, it's the same list as last month minus Andrew Green and Neeraj 
Yadav, who both didn't reappear after their GSoC projects failed 
mid-term evaluation.
Please correct me if I'm wrong on this, but in my opinion, GSoC students 
should only stay in this list if they continue to work on ReactOS after 
their GSoC projects are over.

Finally, it might be possible that I cannot attend this meeting till the 
end this time. If anybody needs an additional introduction into our 
LogBot and VoteBot, please let me know and I'll show you.
