[ros-dev] Monthly status meeting reminder

because for a normal user, who doesnt visit IRC frequently, does not
navigate into the web (wiki pages specially), or isnt in this ML, is hard
right now to do it.
And i would say that even visiting the wiki its still hard to compile ROS
with cmake
