[ros-dev] winetest related regressions

Hi,
Just finished the regtest here and the results read very good.
Everything is in sequence. Once the kernel issues are fixed it will be
obvious. The new patches are from 49475 checked out tree and upped
from newer commits in win32k. There is more work to do and more to
commit from the test branch here. I apologize for any inconvenience
this created. I thank everyone that helped out!
