This change keeps the ability to plug GDB into ReactOS and fixes libxlst.
It also fixes bootcd with Rosbe 1.5 trunk builds.

With -g0 enabled in RosBE-Unix 1.5 instead of  STABS+,
previous builds of bootcd used to fail to allocate memory and crash.
