[ros-dev] Wineconf 2009

Twente University is relatively close to where I live (Almere). Then 
again everything is 'close' here in the Netherlands :P Since it's still 
some time from now I can't say for sure whether I'll attend or not, but 
it's tempting since it's in my country :)
