The majority of programs in rosapps NOT "to be providing equivalent  
functionality found in Windows". It is possible to carry To such programs  
only fontview, magnify and winver.

It is necessary to make the separate module for programs which have  
analogues in Windows and 3rd party components. Thus, we will have an  
opportunity to compile not all programs in rosapps, but only the  
necessary. As in rosapps it is possible to transfer calc, hh, winhlp32,  
charmap, games, etc. It will allow not to compile each time these  
components if in them there is no necessity.

I think, that Fireball will comment on my proposition, I am possible have  
not clearly enough explained an essence.
