[ros-dev] Arwinss architecture

This architecture makes it possible to do headless instances of Windows.
ReactOS might actually make some headway with this architecture. People that
have to use Windows for their server platform would probably appreciate
being able to run Windows totally headless and remotely connecting and using
their regular tools as if they were sitting right at the server console.
