[ros-dev] why wasnt ReactOS invited to GSoC? here is the answer....

Not to lessen the importance of Goglix, but ReactOS will have great chances
to get an huge share. The amount and quality of software & and hardware
available for windows, together with the advantages of open source, make a
winner combination.

The time at which it becomes stable enough to start being used widely will
most probably have also a big impact on success.
