[ros-dev] ReactOS 0.3.11 source broken?

I also had problems with RosBE 1.4.5. Probably because it was a
prerelease that I had installed. This wasn't obvious when looking at the
RosBE output. It Only said 1.4.5. I suggest to mark prereleases to help
avoid such problems.
