[ros-dev] rbuild msvc backend

Quite strange. Some hours ago you did not even know of the backend and
now you use it? Fine, ok. I will believe this for now. But it will die
regardless what you say. c::b is not able to fully build ROS anyway due
to missing functions, thus its useless and can die.
