[ros-dev] Downloader tool

Windows comes with internet explorer and you can always browse the internet and download what you want, I'm ok with downloader in, it'd let them at least download something... I just proposed an alternative to downloading stuff all the time :)

I also keep all my testing installers on a separate partition, but what about everyone else?  Download then copy off.  Caching proxy?

I'm not contrary to add it, but I personally find it very uncomfortable to download a thing every time you want to test it (specially when you try different revisions frequently), I just have a secondary hd with the stuff I need to test there...

It's a real pain to try to test ReactOS without the Dow...
