[ros-dev] 1st stage GUI setup and file system managment

Let us know what API calls you're using to obtain the physical drives  
and their layout, and which are unimplemented in ReactOS, so it's  
possible to have an overview of what's missing.

Anyway, mount manager and partition manager drivers are completely  
absent.
