[ros-dev] [legal] eligibility for contributing code to ReactOS for students / graduates of a course derived from the Microsoft Windows Acadamic Program

Hi,
We like to consider ourselves a free open source GNU project. Please
reference http://www.gnu.org/prep/standards/standards.html.gz#Reading-Non_002dFree-Code,
just replace UNIX with Microsoft. We at ReactOS believe in fairness
and forgiveness.
