[ros-dev] How to get the permission to commit code?

Hi
you must provide patch to bugzila frist, 
 if the pacthers you provide is good, 
then you will be recomdated to have
direcly commit access to reactos

Getting direcly commit access will take time 
you must show how good u are in the patch 
you sendup to bugzila.
