Yes, there will definitely be an RC2 and you can expect it within the next
few days.

Our current floppy driver last worked in 0.3.0. Due to the kernel rewrite
after 0.3.0, it does not work anymore.
In 0.3.3-RC2, we will disable it completely as it's useless at the moment
and some people had problems with it. This does not mean that there will be
no floppy support in the future, we just need to decide what to do with the
floppy driver.

This problem is also caused by the kernel rewrite. The main reason is that
we currently disabled ACPI support, so the machine cannot turn off
automatically.
But when you see the black screen, the shutdown process completed and you
can safely turn off the computer (or the virtual machine).
