[ros-dev] 0.33rc2?

I would like to see win64 be implimented too and windows XP and Vista
API's to work too... maybe a pipe dream, but I think we might have to
implement Vista DRM to make some people happy... but My suggestion is
that only the "root" or "Head Admin would have the ability to turn it
off or on or control how it works.
