Maybe I should take a look then, I already once ported this to FreeDOS (not MSDOS)

<small>it didn't work in MSDOS so Eric, from the other list didn't like it, so its his version that is in FreeDOS version 1</small>, 

so I know exactly what should be done (it's changing io.c and then it should work).

Still it only works for FAT, not NTFS.
