ReactOS don't use WineHQ's ddraw and d3d (directx) implementation, see below.

The nVidia driver worked some months ago, and may still work fine, if
no regression happend. If the driver will work in ReactOS 0.3.1 (or
0.3.2) again (in 0.3.0 opengl was broken), then it should be possible
to use hardware acceleration.
If WoW support OpenGL rendering it may already (ros 0.3.1+) work in
ReactOS. ReactOS is currently lacking an own DirectX 3D
implementation, as we cannot use WineHQ's version for several reasons.
Maybe Magnus has time to answer a bit more detailed, as he is our
DirectX and OpenGL mastermind.
