The problem isn't WoW, it's the Nvidia driver.

I guess, if WoW works with WINE, it won't be a big problem to get it to 
run on ReactOS, but as the Nvidia driver won't work, you will only be 
able to use WoW with OpenGL software rendering, and that'll be very slow...
