[ros-dev] freetype cache

Hi
I got some issue with the patch at moment and do not recomdate it be
commited until I figout what going wrong in my test for this patch. Current
patch cause some new regress in some areas. I want be 100% sure it is the
patch releate or if it showing a hidden bug or not. I have not complete the
test yet. and do not have a real answers yet.
 at moment it should not be commited.
