[ros-dev] Wine sync

Actually one feature that Wordpad is missing, which is a significant one for
me, is that you can't drag a file to it from Explorer to open it.  If it
could do that, i might use it instead of Notepad for general text editing.
Instead, Wordpad tries to embed the file into the currently open file.
