Hi
All fonts comes from a project call  Bitstream Vera Fonts if I rember right
from my head and they are free to use. devjuv fonts comes from begin threre
from as well. But we can not use them in offcial release for some smaller
bugs.
example cmd and some other part of reactos. We have talk to change to devjuv
fonts for it support more uncode charters  that current fonts does
