[ros-dev] Vote on ReactOS Reactivation Plan closed

The vote on choosing a plan for further ReactOS development is now  
finished. The results are:

Plan A: 4
Plan B: 14

This means that all points from the Plan B are now in force.  
Additional announcement will be made regarding the SVN repository.
