I was referring to the the Windows sublang id.
UK uses LANGUAGE LANG_ENGLISH, SUBLANG_ENGLISH_UK
US uses LANGUAGE LANG_ENGLISH, SUBLANG_ENGLISH_US

I couldn't find anything for Canada, however I've just stumbled across
