I filtered the log a bit (removed 160kb of useless information), so
here is the updated one: http://svn.reactos.org/temp/changelog_0.3.0.rar
I even started to sort log messages per user, but it's too big task.
Devs! Would you please do your changelogs similar to how Alex did
his? It would speed up the process A LOT.
