Is this correct? I can't see how... Even GENERIC_READ imply 
FILE_READ_ATTRIBUTES and using your "share disposition isn't necessary 
for FILE_READ_ATTRIBUTES rule" this means file sharing  isnt needed for 
GENERIC_READ either...
