yes i want to be able to configure my cmd.exe to access my xfs or  
ext3 volumes on reactos without rebooting... This would be  
accomplished through... Maybe a XEN service that creates a virtual  
drive that can be mounted and unmounted on the fly, and can be  
modified with explorer or cmd itself. There also needs to be a  
configuration utility that allows the user to pick and choose with  
partitions, or devices that will or won't be mounted. as far as  
running commands, it would be unsafe for a user to mount a startup  
volume (Linux) with several servers or services running because of  
unclean mounts and data corruption. So a tray icon, or a controller  
app can kill the XENed hardware cleanly.

Mac OS X does this rather well with its Classic Interfacing... That  
is what I currently am using to do most of my programming anyway.  
That is where I got the idea for the tray icon.
