I've committed r19261, to allow Eric Kohl to implement
CM_Reenumerate_DevNode.
Eric, i've left the call to CM_Connect_MachineW commented out in
devinst.c:SetupDiCreateDeviceInfoListExW, because it was always returning
CR_INVALID_MACHINENAME...

SetupCopyOEMInfA is a stub, and it could be a problem. Tell me if it is the
case.
The others are implemented, and should work as expected, except unknown bugs
of course ;)
