I can agree to the Wine Debug System if new macros TRACE1, WARN1, ERR1 
and FIXME1 could be added that are always enabled, just like DPRINT1. 
This way I can still adjust the debug messages the way I need while 
keeping the configurability of the Wine Debug System.
