Some time ago, I asked in the Reiser-FS mailing list for the path to the 
source archive because I was interested in developing a Windows 
compatible driver for ReactOS. Hans Reiser got very angry about the 
relationship to Windows because of the license issues between GPL <-> 
Windows closed source. It took some time to make them realize that when 
I develop a driver for ReactOS that there is no such license issue ...

So when you ask for developing a Windows compatible driver, please refer 
to ReactOS instead ...
