I just want to point out the fact that the taskmgr is not buggy.  If you 
take the tashmgr from ROS and run it on windows it looks perfect and 
works perfect!  So, there is no bug with taskmgr it is with the api's 
and other parts of the subsystem which is what the dev said they were 
working on.
