[ros-dev] Build number: a proposal

I would like to see the repository revision either replace the Build
date, or be added to the Build date. Instead of:

ReactOS 0.3-SVN (Build 20050121)

have something like

ReactOS 0.3-SVN (Build 13128)
or
ReactOS 0.3-SVN (Build 20050121 Repo 13128)

I don't care so much as to when it was built, but what it was built from.
