HI
I read a company have manger get new patent of jpg and demaning roytes for
every using jpg in usa.  Sony and Mircrosoft have been force paying for it
using jpg decompress in there productis in USA.

I am ageint using jpg or libjpg in the core for it can be a patent issue
problem.

And it should be put into a vote. and not importet at all to reactos.
