[ros-dev] Hardcoded strings

I just wanted to know, what to look for, I don't know if a file includes
hardcoded strings, that need to be moved to a .rc-file, so I was just
wondering for which typical things I can look and, if it isn't too
difficult, try to move the strings.
Well, I will just assume, there is nothing to translate, if there is no
en.rc or *-en.rc file, but for releases like 0.5 or something like that,
some devs should look through all our sources and look for hardcoded
strings, that need to be moved.

But anyway, thanks for your offer, maybe I will find something obvious,
I can pass to you...

Greets,

David Hinz
