[ros-dev] getfirefox

[TwoTailedFox]

Make an exception on Feature Freeze for 0.2.9, and everyone will want
to have that exception. Hell, even I'd like to see this included, but
we have Feature Freeze for a reason, even this trivial app might
introduce an unforseen bug.
