[ros-dev] getfirefox

There are several things I would like to have in 0.2.9, but are not
directly addressing a bug.  Besides, ibrowser has been fixed so it can
download the Mozilla Control.  Getting feedback on the Mozilla Control
would be just as valuable as feedback on Firefox.
