I just thought that 0.3.0 is such a big release, that a lot of little 
things will be fixed. If we do this in a branch, it would be a lot of 
extra work to port all the improvements back to the trunk, I thought we 
should call for a feature freeze of trunk, maybe for a week or 5 days or 
so, clean everything up, and do a lot of translations.
The reason I would call for a feature freeze is, that it is easier to 
translate something, if the code and maybe the interface of that app 
isn't changed so often. And I think 0.3.0 should at least be completely 
translated into German and French, and at the moment these translations 
are very incomplete...
Anyway, I'm not the one who decides about this, I just wanted to tell 
you the opinion of an advanced user.
