[ros-dev] Getting started?

I've got a local copy of the reactos svn trunk, I've got xmingw. It's
just that the only thing I've ever done with C/C++ is extremly simple
stuff, less than 100 lines. I'd love to work on improving the installer,
but I don't even know where the files for the installer are.
