[ros-dev] End-of-merge for some components shared with Wine

dinput patch must be rewriten, for we have only done a hack to find mouse and
keyboard. and some other hack to getting some apps and games works. and do not
crach in windows. Last time I did try wine with our patch the dinput was
unstable in windows and reactos. and I did rewrite the dinput patch.
