Eric has said he would merge this at some point.

There were some changes that needed to go on in the winehq side last time a checked, for a Xorg
extension to handle the mouse that BBrox and others were working on. We can resync this later.

I will keep working on this. The issue we have is that Alexandre does not want to accept certain
patches unless we can prove a real world application depends on certain behavior.
Private/Undocumented APIs won't be synced.

Is the diff for winmm really that large?
