I would be willing to create a special Test-Version of ReactOS which 
would boot much rapidly. I am thinking in the order of reducing boot 
time to less then 5 seconds. But this isn't a promise and if I ever want 
to do this, it might be in a long time and mostly for my own fun, so 
please don't take this as a thing I'm promising any time soon.
