Suggestions:
Shutting down (This from the GINA sequence): ReactOS is closing all open
programs and files...
Shut down: ReactOS has completely shut down, you may now safely turn off
or restart the computer.
And maybe even if it detects you're in VMware it can say "...turn off or
restart the VM."
