OOOHHH! NOOOO!

Wine needs to rewrite their implementation. It links in from setupapi and
stuff, which is all wrong. I was so surprised Alexandre allowing it. Advpack
imports User32, GDI32, Kernel32, Advapi32, Ole32 and Version. What I need is
to get Ole32 and the rest running. But,,,,well?

The best thing to do (this was what I was fix'en to do), take wine code and
rewrite it for our version of Advpack so it would be independent of other
dlls.
